By the end of this seminar, you will be able to:

✓ Identify the causes and sources of what blocks your connection to your Higher Self
✓ Practice and master an emotional transmutation technique and an emotional release technique
✓ Understand and practice methods for releasing blocks such as Judgment, Attachment, and Control
✓ Gain a better understanding of the impact of transgenerational patterns and karma in your life
✓ Understand and experience spiritual practices such as mindfulness, mantras, etc.
✓ Develop self-acceptance and self-love
✓ Understand the impact of free will in your life
✓ Understand and explore what dharma is
✓ Understand the points of caution to keep in mind on a spiritual path
✓ Explore and understand the connection between "you" and the other
✓ Know how to communicate lovingly with the Whole
